Heading South
Continue heading south from Franz josef, we passed but didn't stopped by Fox Glacier, because dear George was in a hurry and we figured (as well as confirmed fwith a couple tourists we met at Franz Josef Glacier who just came from Fox) that the two Glaciers were pretty much the same except Fox Glacier unguided access was closer than Franz Josef. However, I believed where we had just explored at Franz Josef couldn't have been any further than that.
As we continued heading south, we could feel the gradual drop in the temperature. We could feel and see the presence of autumn better.
forgot which lake is this

I fell in love with this lovely town at first sight. Surrounded by mountainous landscape and lakes, everywhere was picture perfect. After we parted with George, we checked into a backpakers and explored the town on our own.
